I am getting in touch as the Strategic Engagement Manager at the Legal Ombudsman. Over the coming year, we are keen to build our relationships with local law societies – to share insights from the cases we see and get input into our work
I would also like to take the opportunity to share that we are currently inviting views on our draft Model Complaints Resolution Procedure (MCRP). We would be keen to hear from local law society members on the model and supporting guidance we have developed, particularly on how it can be adopted effectively in practice.
